INGREDIENTS

1 oz Iowa Bourbon

1 oz Vanilla Peach Syrup

2 Dashes Black Pepper Bitters

DIRECTIONS

Top with strong black tea and ice. Cheers!

Vanilla Peach Syrup

1 pint sugar

1 pint boiling water Vanilla Peach Syrup

3 oz peach bitters 

2 oz vanilla extract 

Heat water to boiling. Remove from heat and gently stir in sugar until dissolved. Add peach bitters and vanilla extract. Stir to incorporate. Cool before use and store in an airtight container.
